Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Holdspot, operated by TODO: Legal name (e.g. Abhay Jain, proprietor of Holdspot) (“we”, “us”). By using Holdspot as an organizer or by booking through it, you agree to these terms.

1. What Holdspot does

Holdspot is an online booking tool. Organizers (such as travel operators, academies and class instructors) create events with a limited number of seats, and customers book and pay for those seats. The organizer, not Holdspot, provides the trip, tournament, class or other service.

2. Organizers

• You must give accurate details about yourself and your events, including date, venue, price and seats.
• You are responsible for delivering the event as described and for complying with all applicable laws, licences and taxes.
• You must honour every confirmed booking or refund the customer in line with our Refund Policy.
• You must not use Holdspot for illegal, misleading or prohibited goods or services.

3. Customers

• A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation page with a booking ID and seat number(s).
• Give your correct name and phone number; the organizer may verify them at the venue.
• Questions about the event itself should go to the organizer, whose WhatsApp contact is on the event page.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Seats are held for 10 minutes while you pay; if payment is not completed in that time the seats are released.

6. Limitation of liability

Holdspot is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or cancellation of events run by organizers. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the booking amount paid through Holdspot for the booking in question.

7. Suspension

We may suspend organizers or remove events that break these terms or receive repeated complaints.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in TODO: City, State have jurisdiction.
